At GLP BBBEE (Pty) Ltd, we place a lot of emphasis on the planning phase of the verification. This enables us to perform the verification in an effective and efficient manner, in order to reduce time and ultimately costs to our clients.
We have excellent working relationships with our clients and this stems from the fact that the technical signatory on the job is present throughout planning, during the verification and at finalisation of the verification, thus making him/her always available to deal with issues or problems that may arise timeously.
We ensure the draft scorecard is made available to the consultant/client as soon as possible after the conclusion of the verification. This enables the verification to be finalised within a reasonable period of time so that the process does not waste time unnecessarily.
Quality Assurance Methodology
GLP BBBEE (Pty) Ltd has implemented a full Quality Control Manual that has been approved by SANAS and is being followed by all verification staff members on each verification engagement.
This quality control manual includes amongst others the following:
- Planning meeting;
- Consultations;
- Independence declarations;
- Threats to fundamental principles;
